HR Leadership Survey & Insights - NIKE Singapore

A Leadership survey in alignment with Nike Leadership Framework on seeking continuous feedback was done for Nike Managers/Leaders. Based on this survey, opportunities for manager's growth were identified to equip them for success in Nike's Culture.

As a consultant for Deloitte Consulting SEA, worked on a thorough communication plan for embarking on a journey of change. This involved conducting Townhalls, Post-Town Hall Messages, FAQs & Business Leader Placemats for the Talent Transformation Initiatives to enhance recruitment procedures, evolve their compensation model & Employee Value Proposition
(EVP) for attracting the best talent and ensure high performance in the firm.
