This is just an additional inputs from my end about the topic. Here are some Do's and Don'ts for hardworking professionals to get promotions:
Do's:
Set clear and achievable goals: Identify the skills and experiences you need to develop to achieve your desired promotion, and create a plan to achieve them.
Be proactive and take initiative: Look for opportunities to take on new projects, suggest improvements, and show your willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Communicate effectively: Be clear and concise in your communication with your boss and colleagues. Keep them updated on your progress and seek feedback to improve your performance.
Build strong relationships: Develop positive relationships with your colleagues, superiors, and clients. Be approachable, supportive, and helpful.
